Dr. Jennifer Knight is a psychological associate who provides therapy for individuals, couples/polycules, and families. She is passionate about working with people from marginalized communities, including BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people with diverse spiritual beliefs (e.g., wiccans, pagans, and traditional indigenous cosmologies). She also loves working with people engaging in consensual non-monogamy (e.g., polyamory) and members of the kink community.

Dr. Jennifer’s professional and educational background includes psychology, biology, Reiki, neuromuscular therapy, and depth psychology. This mixture of influences has instilled a sense of pragmatism that is complemented by a reverence for the unknown. She also utilizes her knowledge of both the physical body and the subtle energy body in her therapeutic work.

As a therapist, Dr. Jennifer helps people liberate themselves from both internal and external oppression by utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions. She holds space for unconscious influences that may manifest through dreamwork, narrative therapy, and internal family system dynamics. She balances the internal realm with behavioral interventions, addiction recovery models, and other evidence-based approaches. Additionally, her trauma reprocessing skills include brainspotting and somatic psychotherapy.

Couples/Polycule Therapy: $100 - $180 (45 minutes)
